Winter is upon us, which means a drop in temperatures, shorter days, less sunlight and darker nights. We may sleep for longer, feel sluggish and find the simplest tasks difficult to complete.
We’re also dealing with the continued impact of COVID-19 and the extended lockdown restrictions may have caused additional strain on our mental health. This combined with the change of season can affect our mental health, so it’s important that we make it a priority.
Staff are our greatest asset, when we feel valued, supported, developed and able to bring our whole selves to work, that is when we thrive not only as people, but as an organisation.
For the first time in a few years, DIO will soon have a member of staff based in Italy, and it could be you.The primary role of DIO’s Senior Estate Surveyor Italy is to ensure that the housing requirements for the UK military and civilian personnel and their families assigned to the various NATO locations around Italy are met. It's a role I held until 2015.
